My leadership journey began with passion and purpose—but it quickly became defined by pressure, complexity, and constant problem-solving. I became the go-to person for fixing things, yet often felt overwhelmed and caught in a relentless cycle of reactivity. Despite my deep commitment to my team and results, I struggled to balance empathy with accountability, and long-term vision with daily demands.

Over time, I realized the real challenge wasn’t just the problems—it was how I was approaching them. As I leaned into emotional intelligence, communication, and mindset work, everything shifted. I stopped trying to solve everyone’s problems and instead began coaching my team to solve their own. That gave me the energy to tackle bigger challenges with clarity and creativity—and in turn, it empowered my team to think critically, act proactively, and grow into stronger leaders themselves.

Because of this journey, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping others move from reactive to intentional problem-solving—leading with energy, clarity, and impact.
