Mead & Hunt has been so fortunate to work with Cyndi. We first started working with her about three years ago and her positivity, creativity, and energy are amazing. One of the first projects we asked her to do was take over our intermediate level leadership class which is normally held in person. Unfortunately, the pandemic hit just as our class was scheduled to start. We still wanted to offer the class, so the ability to quickly pivot to virtual sessions was critical. Cyndi came up with very creative ideas for how to make the class interactive and engaging even as a virtual class, and everyone in the class loved it despite the fact that it wasn’t in person. In fact, it has been so successful as a virtual program we plan to keep it that way!
